Grounds of the ParkCome enjoy the display of vintage trucks, jeeps, motorcycles and more during this annual show and swap meet. Located in the recreational area of the park, adjacent to the fishing pier. Enjoy looking through the memorabilia and see what's for sale. Show is free of charge. There is a $4 park entry fee.

USS ALABAMA Crewmen’s Association Reunion
Come meet the men who served aboard the USS ALABAMA. These real-life heroes will make their yearly pilgrimage to the ship to remember and celebrate the victories of WWII. Easter Sunrise Service
There will be an Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 a.m. on the grounds of the park hosted by Government Street Baptist Church. This is the 29th year for this event. The service is free of charge and open to the public.

The Tristan de Luna Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will be hosting an unveiling and dedication of a new historical marker on the grounds of the park honoring Tristan de Luna y Arellano. This is an Alabama Bicentennial Celebration event.

Alabama’s 15th Annual Blue Star Salute & Alabama’s Fallen Heroes Run
